Clíodhna is an Irish name meaning "shapely." In Irish mythology, Clíodhna was the Queen of the Banshees. She is also said to have been queen of the fairy women of the hills.

Each piece was expertly made by hand using the traditional method of bronze-casting by David O'Brien and his team in the Bronze Fine Art Foundry, situated in the docklands of Dublin.
